Fully Automatic Hemming System for Micro Quilted Mattress Panels

Smart-Hem is a fully automatic four side hemming station for micro quilted mattress panels. The automatic hemming system has three sewing heads and full double lock chain stitch sewing. Sizing can be adjusted digitally, ensuring accurate mattress panel processing.

The Smart-Hem uses a Windows operating system and comes complete with a full waste removal system.

This hemming station can reach a maximum speed of 2500rpm to a quilting width of 2400mm, quilting thickness of 70mm and a stitch length of 2-10mm.

The Smart-Hem can be easily integrated into your existing mattress quilting line or can be combined with our iQuilt multi-needle mattress quilting machines for a totally automated mattress quilting solution, offering another great integrated mattress quilting solution from MPT Group.
