The NSC15 and NSC18 cloth strip cutting machines are designed to accept rolls of mattress fabric or any material which requires slitting to a maximum length of 3000mm and a maximum diameter of 300mm (NSC15) or the optional 380mm (NSC18).

Both options of this cloth slitting machine are fitted with a cloth bar to accept 50.8mm inside diameter cores. The material roll is controlled by a variable speed drive which can be rotated clockwise and anti-clockwise.

The semi-automatic spacing device allows pre-set cut widths up to 100mm and the measuring rule fixed to the carriageway allows for cutting wider widths. The blade housing travels the full length of the machine by rotation of the hand wheel and contains a grinding facility to keep the blade sharp at all times.
