The Matramax T180 is a high-speed electronic mattress tape edge machine with an integrated mattress handling and turning facility and an ultra-high loft capability.
The ergonomically designed control pod enables the operator to effortlessly adjust a multitude of processes: the start/stop function, straight line carriage speed, corner speed, table height, sewing head angle, position of the carriage around the table, amount of feed and needle cooling on/off function.
The Matramax-HL mattress tape edge machine with integrated mattress handing and turning facility automatically transports the mattress to and from the 180-degree turning device and a conveyorised mattress positioning feature allows small and king-size mattresses to be placed into desired positions on the tape edge table.
The Matramax-HL tape edge is available with a 300U high-speed chain sewing head or heavy-duty lock stitch sewing head.
Other features include a power assisted carriage movement, powered head positioning control, needle cooling system and tape feed synchronisation system.
A pneumatic foot option is also available, and the selection of binders is considerable. Minimal disturbance of filling during the turning operation adds to this machine’s appeal.
