The HL-8 is a high loft heavy-duty mattress flanging machine for the closing of quilted mattress panels.

The HL-8 can cope with heavy and light weight quilts effortlessly with its heavy-duty sewing head, to a material thickness of 9.5-152mm.

With its 4000spm sewing speed, the HL-8 offers high productivity, combined with a high lifting foot which allows mattress panels to be passed freely into the start position.

The HL-8 comes with a flange insertion system and high capacity waste removal system. Capable of 850 panels per 8-hour shift, the HL-8 mattress flanging machine is a high-speed and reliable mattress flanging solution.
