The New Duo-Mat systems have proved to be a great addition to MPT Groups product range. The new Duo-Mat systems combine two very important mattress operations into the one machine providing mattress manufacturers with a flexible and highly production work station. Suitable for automatically sewing Handles and Labels on both quilted and non-quilted materials.

The Duo-Mat system can be converted from handle attaching to label sewing in just 20 seconds and has a sewing cycle time of 22 seconds for a 250mm x 160mm mattress label.
